Cancellation and Rearrangments *

Cancellations made by the client more than 4 weeks before your wedding date will be entitled to a refund of any moneys paid apart from the £200 non-refundable retainer. Cancellations made by the client less than 4 weeks before will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total cost. Cancellations made by the photographer less than 4 weeks before your wedding date will be covered by another professional photographer of the same experience and standard and at the cost to Mark Cribb Photography. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, you will receive a full refund. If you have to rearrange your wedding date for any reason, please consult with Mark Cribb Photography to check availability before confirming with your venue. We will do everything we can to make sure we are available for any changes to your wedding date as long as good communication takes place. Any rearrangements confirmed without consulting Mark Cribb Photography that we cannot fulfil will be classed as a client cancellation.

Although you are not contractually obliged to provide a hot meal for the photographer, it is massively appreciated. Please be aware that if no hot meal is provided at the venue, the Photographer and anyone representing Mark Cribb Photography will have to leave site during this break period.
